Jim had a really good day today. Bob and Kathy flew in tonight for a visit with their Dad. All day today he kept asking me what time it was. He knew their plane landed at 9:15 and he figured out what time they would be there. It was so good to see him excited about something and to be feeling good.
Jim the football fan is so happy that the season has started. Today he wanted to take a nap but he made sure the nurses woke him up at 7:00 so that he could watch the game. I told him that he is the newest Bucaneer Fan so he better cheer for the right side. While we were in Chicago, the day of the Bear/Buc game was never a good day in our house. We would not even watch the game together.
HealthSouth let me bring Bob and Kathy into the hospital at 11:00 tonight so it was really good for Jim to see them. He was just grinning. I love to see him happy and his children make him happy. Love does great things for people and I hope this does great things for Jim. He certainly looked better today.
So I didn't know what picture to put up today so here is a random day of happiness.
